Terms of Service

• Adults (16+): may create an account for themselves, for their child, or as a coach or club manager.
• Anyone under 16: must have a parent or legal guardian create and manage the profile, and we require verified parental consent (see the Privacy Policy) before any data collection begins.
• Sub-profiles:a single account may manage multiple profiles (a parent's account contains profiles for each of their kids). The account owner is responsible for every action taken from any sub-profile on their account.

• Capture, upload, or share videos of anyone without their (or their parent's, for minors) consent.
• Use the service to harass, bully, dox, or expose minors.
• Post sexual content, violent content, hate speech, or content that endangers a minor. Zero tolerance - see the Objectionable Content Policy.
• Post off-topic content. The platform is for soccer skill content.
• Attempt to access another user's account or another club's data without permission.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the service except for your own captures and metrics.
• Resell or redistribute the service without a written agreement with us.
• Upload content that infringes copyright, contains malware, or violates any law.

• We bill per player. Each kid the parent or club chooses to put on the platform is $10/month. Parents can subscribe a subset of their kids, and add or remove kids from the subscription at any time. Clubs that cover their roster pay $10/month per active player. There is no free tier and no trial period.
• Solo plan($10 per player per month) covers each kid the parent adds to the plan. The parent's card is billed for one quantity per subscribed kid; quantity adjusts immediately with proration when a kid is added, removed, or paused.
• Club coverage is optional. Each club decides whether to pay for its roster. Coverage is all-or-none at the club level. The club's monthly charge is $10 per active player on its roster. Siblings on the same roster each count as one player (no rollup).
• Drill-clip cap and overage. Each subscribed PLAYER can analyze up to 50 drill clips per month included in the $10 base price. Personal celebration clips are not capped. If a player needs more drill clips in a given month, a one-time $10 overage adds 50 more clips for that specific player. Unused overage clips roll over indefinitely. The base 50 refreshes on the 1st of each month (UTC).
• Prices are shown tax-exclusive. Sales tax (HST / VAT / state sales tax) is added at checkout based on your location once we're registered in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly per subscribed player until cancelled. Cancel any individual kid's coverage anytime from billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period for that kid.
• If a paying club stops covering its roster, affected parents are notified by email and have a 30-day grace window per affected kid to either add that kid to a Solo plan, pause that kid (data preserved indefinitely until un-paused), or delete them. Other siblings are unaffected. After the grace window, the affected player drops to dashboard-only access until coverage resumes.
• We do not offer refunds for partial periods. If we terminate a subscription for a violation of these terms, no refund is owed.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By providing payment information you also agree to Stripe's terms.
• Parental-consent verification is separate from subscription billing. It uses a temporary $0.50 card authorization that is immediately released without being charged. No money is taken; this is identity verification only.

You own the videos and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them as needed to provide the service: store, transcode, run computer-vision analysis, generate metrics, and serve them to you and authorized viewers. We never sell your content or use raw videos to train external models.

You may export your data or delete your account at any time from settings. See the Privacy Policy for details on retention and deletion.
